As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be selling cars to customers and will be responsible for telling them about the various makes and models on offer. You will be the face of the business, engaging with customers to fully understand their needs and assisting them through the entire process from the initial viewing to finance options and completing the sale of the vehicle.

  • Customer satisfaction: You’ll build great working relationships with customers by developing trust, communicating effectively, and adopting a genuine, friendly approach.

  • Maximising opportunities: Through prospecting, follow-up calls, telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, internet enquiries, and previous customers, you’ll create leads and enhance potential sales and relationships with the customer.

  • Maximising profit: By following the strong sales process and achieving your monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products, you’ll be helping to maximise profit margins. You will also be adding to your monthly commission resulting in a win-win scenario.

  • Data quality and FCA compliance: You’ll actively and accurately collect all customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to the company’s    FCA obligations, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database. Data = prospects!

Requirements

A minimum of 12 Months previous Car Sales experience within another Dealership is required for this position.
